Toric varieties form a subfield of algebraic geometry that provides with a lot of examples to test theory in, since a lot of their geometric data can be expressed as combinatoric information that is easier to compute and study. In this thesis, we study the basics of toric varieties, look at some examples, and then see how this combinatoric data about toric varieties extend to vector bundles defined on them.en_US
