Abstract: This work investigates hybrid quantum architectures combining superconducting microwave resonators and semiconductor quantum dots for scalable quantum computing. It includes resonator modelling, simulation, fabrication, millikelvin characterization, and optimisation of high-fidelity two- and three-qubit resonator-mediated gates for scalable quantum information processing.
