The document describes an attempt to experimentally verify noise driven di- rected transport. Symmetry broken systems will be tested for directed transport in a thermal bath. Two di erent sized coupled polystyrene beads of microme- ter dimensions will be con ned to move in a single dimension. A micro uidic channel having inner diameter of the order of the larger polystyrene bead is constructed indigenously to hold the trapped system inside using an optical tweezers. The capillary plane is aligned to the horizontal to investigate the movement of the coupled beads. The beads will then be tracked to observe any movement in the absence of trapping laser.en_US
