dc.description.abstract | Two new oxazole compounds (1&2) along with two known compounds (3&4) were isolated from the methanolic extract of Mycale (Zygomycale) parishii. Their structures were identified on the basis of IR, NMR, and HR-ESI-MS analysis. The oxazole compounds (1&2) showed oad-spectrum activity against bacteria and fungi at 100 -g/disk and exhibited very weak cytotoxic activity against HeLa, SiHa and MDA-MB-231 cell lines | en_US |
