We outline an approach which is purely based on symmetry considerations, for the construction of interaction vertices involving arbitrary spin fields. We review existing literature in which this approach is used to construct interactions between bosonic fields of arbitrary spin. We extend this formalism to include interaction vertices involving arbitrary spin fermionic fields. We use these vertices to derive three point scattering amplitudes and find remarkable factorization properties. Further, we find that the form of these amplitudes in momentum space is identical to the bosonic case.en_US
