A-21 (miR-21) plays vital role in many cancers, inflammation, cardiovascular diseases. Targeting miR-21 is challenging due to the lack of bio-resistant oligo antisense nucleotides. To overcome the problem, developments of small organic molecules which inhibit the biogenesis pathway of miRNA are sought. In this study, we came with small molecule peptoids that target miRNA-21 biogenesis pathway and looked at their efficacy by carrying biological studies using the MCF7 cancer cell line.en_US
