dc.description.abstract | In this study, a sustainable environment friendly green approach was established to synthesis iron oxide nanoparticles (INPs) in aloe vera plant extract. Synthesized INPs have mainly been examined in the structural point of view. Structural parameters such as lattice parameters, Particle size and strain etc. were estimated using Scherrer formula, Williamson-Hall and size-strain plot method. More precise results of structural parameters have been obtained by Rietveld refinement of XRD data using Fullprof method. Also a comparative judgment of the average particle size of iron oxide nanocrystals obtained from direct Scanning electron microscopy measurements and X-ray diffraction peak broadening has been reported. The analyzed results showed that the average iron oxide particle size were 30.69 nm, 39.8 nm and 42.88 nm estimated from Debye Scherrer, W-H analysis and Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope respectively are highly inter-correlated. | en_US |
