The reaction of PhC(NtBu)2SiCl with elemental phosphorus led to the formation of {(PhC(NtBu)2)2Si2P2}. The latter is heavier analog of cyclobutadiene where two carbon atoms of cyclobutadiene ring are substituted by P atoms and two by Si atoms. |
