Thermal Assisted Carrier Recombination in CsPbBr3 Nanocrystals

Abstract

We have studied band edge carrier dynamics in CsPbBr3 nanocrystals using ultrafast non-degenerate transient absorption spectroscopy and report three times slower carrier recombination at low temperatures compared to ambient conditions.
