dc.description.abstract |
The aim of this note is to calculate the determinants of certain matrices which arise in three different settings, namely from characters on finite abelian groups, zeta functions on lattices and Fourier coefficients of normalized Hecke eigenforms. Seemingly disparate, these results arise from a common framework suggested by elementary linear algebra. |
