dc.description.abstract The main motivation of all the works containing in the thesis is design and synthesis of novel organic molecules for early-stage detection of amyloid fibrils and their mechanistic role in protein misfolding disease, such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease and prion’s disease. The early-stage species generated in the pathway of aggregation of A-42 and -synuclein known as main culprits for several neurological disorder, therefore systematic efforts at devising new fluorescent molecular probes and drug molecules are indispensable to estimate and modulate the mechanism of its formation en_US
