Abstract:
Hybrid spirooxindoles represent a class of compounds that have gained significant attention in the realm of medicinal chemistry due to their diverse biological activities and promising pharmacological profiles. These unique structures, featuring a spirooxindole core, amalgamate various molecular scaffolds, offering a versatile platform for drug design and development. The synthesis and structural modifications of hybrid spirooxindoles have led to compounds exhibiting a wide array of biological properties, including anticancer, antimicrobial, antiinflammatory, and neuroprotective activities.
